The following Privacy Policy applies to the use of the Analytika Website (analytika.com), which is owned and operated by Cimetrics Inc.
We collect, store, and process certain Personal Data to provide information about our products and services to users of the Analytika Website. Personal Data includes any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a user including without limitation data that is accessed, collected, stored, processed, transmitted and/or otherwise used by Cimetrics in the normal course of our business. By using the Analytika Website, you expressly consent to Cimetrics’ access, collection, storage, processing, transmission and/or use of your Personal Data in the United States of America.
We track how the Analytika Website is used and by whom. We may collect and log your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, the time and duration that you view web pages within the Analytika Website and general information about your computer system, such as your browser type/version and operating system type/version.

Note that if you use the contact form on the Analytika Website to send us a message, you are voluntarily providing us with data including Personal Data. Cimetrics will not ordinarily share your Personal Data except with companies that provide services to Cimetrics that require your Personal Data. The Analytika Website is not designed for or directed to children under sixteen (16) years of age and Cimetrics will not intentionally collect Personal Data about anyone under sixteen (16) years of age.
The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and other similar laws and regulations are constantly changing and evolving worldwide, and we may change this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data handling practices, or the functionality of the Analytika Website. All updates to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this website.
